Thirty & Pending...

So, the wife turned thirty on the 4th and of course I put on a country-wide firework display for her. We all had a good time, I got her some over-the- hill balloons and a big sign for the front yard. She didn't expect it and it got her good. I invited over some of her friends for a BBQ and we played singstar on the playstation. For those of you who don't know what singstar is, well it is basically like a video game karakoe machine. We pretty much hosted a huge concert at our house and I pretty much dominated.

Random Thoughts 7.1.2008

• So, was anyone else amazed to find out that Tiger Woods had a torn ACL. I mean my wife tore her ACL last year and I don't think she is a hundred percent stable now. This guy goes out and wins golf tournaments on it? He stated that it has been bad for 10-12 years, imagine what he will do on a good knee in a year.
• I want to go and see Hancock this week! Hopefully, it will be good because I hate being disappointed at the movie theater.
• I think the Tampa Rays are actually going to make the playoffs this year. What do you think?
• Since I live in KC, does anyone actually think the Royals will be any good ever again?
• So, it has been really hot here as of late with some sickening humidity, I can't even get myself to mow the lawn or go play some golf...But maybe today!!
